The UF Natural Area Teaching Lab is now open. Due to construction, the Cultural Plaza entrance behind the museum is closed but NATL is still accessible from the entrance on Natural Area Drive and from the entrance located to the east of the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. For more information about visiting the Florida Museum, visit our Safety Guidelines page.

Walk behind the Museum into the Natural Area Teaching Laboratory, dedicated to teaching students and the public about ecology and biodiversity. Self-guided nature trails explore three upland ecosystems and an ecologically engineered stormwater retention basin.
