DESCRIPTION:Get your toddler excited about science and natural history! Join Florida Museum nature ambassadors for an exciting and interactive nature walk. \nWhile our exhibits building is closed\, we will still be exploring the natural world at the University of Florida Natural Area Teaching Lab and sharing Museum treasures. \nThis program promotes child-focused sensory experiences\, investigation and exploration with a focus on science. Each Tuesday we talk about a different topic. Instead of meeting at the Museum\, we will meet at the UF NATL Natural Park Entrance. \nView all upcoming topics \nToday’s topic\nInsects \nWhat to expect\nAge: Recommended for children ages 2-5 years old (child must be accompanied by an adult chaperone) \nTour: Nature Walk in UF’s Natural Area Teaching Laboratory \nLocation: Please arrive at 9 a.m. to check in.
