DESCRIPTION:Sometimes it can feel like Mother Nature is out to get us\, but is she really? Join the Florida Museum and University of Florida Thompson Earth Systems Institute at First Magnitude Brewing Co. for an engaging conversation about wildfires with experts in the field as part of the series “Is Florida Trying to Kill Me?” \n\nIn addition\, First Magnitude will release a specialty beer at the event called\, “Resilience” for bushfire relief! Learn more about the international project at resilience.beer/resiliencefaqs. \n\nTopic: Wildfires\n\nSpeakers:  \n\nLudie Bond\, wildfire mitigation specialist and public information officer for the Florida Forest Service\nZach Prusak\, fire manager for the Nature Conservancy in Florida\n\nSchedule: \n\n6:30 p.m. – Event starts!
