This opportunity is curated through the UF TESI Environmental Leaders Network. Opportunities posted through the Network may not be affiliated with the Florida Museum or TESI, but are shared with UF undergraduate students who want to learn more about environmental research, education and outreach, and civic engagement.

Host Organizations

Thompson Earth Systems Institute, UF Office of Sustainability, and UF Planning, Design, and Construction

Join us for this volunteer event featuring an educational introduction, litter clean-up, and invasive plant removal. An optional lunch will follow the clean-up! The lunch will be an opportunity to network and socialize with other environmental leaders across campus and to learn more about the Environmental Leaders Network.

Green & Clean is part of CALM Week, which will celebrate the work of all involved in the ongoing UF Conservation Area Land Management (CALM) updates and will raise awareness about the conservation areas. On behalf of the Office of Sustainability and UF Planning, Design, and Construction, all are invited to join!
